How to place an order
You are always free to choose the product you want to buy. You can send us email with the product code at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. It is easy proceed to place an order. You don't need the registration to buy. All your order will be accepted by a single click.
Do I Get the Sample?
Our entire product is same as what we have posted on the site. But you will always get the sample. Before getting the sample you need to pay for the products and shipping. We will give you the gift; if you make your order from the sample then we will refund the cost of particular sample but not the shipping cost.
Production and Delivery Time:-
We will provide you the products, if it is availability in the store within 7 days to 15 days at your door. But if it needs to produce, we can provide the goods within a month only. We will proceed to send the goods when the order is confirmed and getting the advance payment from you. We will delivered mainly by air, if there is availability of cruise and land service to your destination; we can proceed through these means also. We use different courier service like DHL, Sky net GSL and other agents.
If you are not satisfied with the products, you can return the products describing the reason and evidence of dissatisfaction at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You need to inform us about your products' dissatisfaction within 7 days after you get the goods in your hands.
- Nepal Handicraft Collections is always sensitive about our products and clients. We will assure you that we will provide the utmost qualities products. But we are always ready to resolve the issue of logistic reason of dissatisfaction and find the best solution on mutual understanding.
- We are sorry to say that if you claim after a week of receipt of the order will not be entertained.
- Exchange of goods on the condition that the goods to be exchanged will be similar in nature and be available from the same manufacturer or supplier; in such cases the transportation cost involved for returning goods to Nepal from your country shall be paid by the customer.
- If any items that are lost while being returned will not be responsible by the Nepal Handicraft Collections.
- When we receipt the goods, we reserve the right to decide to refund or exchange the product(s).
- There can be slight variations in color, size, finishing touch or even some irregularities because all our product(s) is handmade.
- Lost or damage of any products must be claimed directly with involved Courier Company. Nepal Handicraft Collections won´t accept the returned goods if it is sent without our return authorization. Authorized return must be sent to us in its original packaging.
